Returns, Refund and or Exchanges
Returns - We do accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We may exchange your item for something else in our store of same value or refund your money if you are eligible for refunds. We must receive the item you want to return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:
Gift cards. We do not accept returns and exchanges of our store gift cards.
To return your purchased item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For free returns email, call or text us for a free return label.
Any returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, an exchange will be processed and shipped to your address on file. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded and or exchanged. Unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale and clearance items are final.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged due to fault of ours. If you need to exchange it for the same item or other items of same value, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Rho & Nya Clothing and General Merchandise, P. O. Box 981218, Ypsilanti, MI 48198.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Custom made garments
We do not accept returns for custom made garments. However, we will work with you to make sure your custom made garments are perfect as you like it. We will check the garment fitting on Zoom with you before we ship it to you. Upon receipt of your garment, if it still needs further adjusting, you will have you ship it back to us for final adjustments. Shipping cost from this point on will be borne by you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rho & Nya Clothing and General Merchandise, P. O. Box 981218, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 or simply return it to the store where it was purchased.
We offer free shipping and free returns for items purchased within 30 days within USA. There's no returns and exchanges for international orders.
