Returns, Refund and or Exchanges
We do not accept returns. However, we will accept an exchange of your item for something else but we must receive the item you want to exchange within 30 from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchanges.
Custom made clothing
When we make a customized item for you, we will work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your clothing. In the event you are not, we will accept a return of the item in exchange for a store credit.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once you are qualified for a refund, we will issue you with a store credit.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
Gift cards. We do not accept returns and exchanges of our store gift cards.
How to return your purchased item(s)
To return your purchased item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Any returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts is not eligible for a refund (store credits only) or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund (store credits only) or exchange.

Refunds (store credits only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (store credits only) or exchange.
If you are approved, an exchange will be processed and shipped to your address on file. If you are approved for a refund (store credits only), your refund will be processed and emailed to you as a code within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (store credit only)
If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days after we received your returned item, please email us at email@example.com to let us know.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded and or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final.
Exchanges (store credits only)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged due to fault of ours. If you need to exchange it for the same item or other items of same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Rho & Nya Clothing and General Merchandise, P. O. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
