  • What are your business hours?

    We're open Mon - Thur, 10am - 8pm,

    Fri - Sat, 10am - 9pm. We're Closed Sunday. But ofcourse you are free to shop online any day, any time.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    We don't offer subscrition products and services at the moment. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master card, Paypal, Discover, Amex and others. We accept Over the phone payment via Cash App. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes you can get a full refund after we receive your returned item (s) in the condition it was shipped to you.

  • What is your return policy?

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    If you are returning the item to our physical store and you have lost your  rerceipt, then we will need to see your ID card and the payment card you used to purrchase the item.

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    We are based in the United States. We don't have a branch overseas at the moment.

  • Have a concern not address here?

  • I want to pick up my order by myself

    Select your product and add to cart. At Check Out, select "I'll Pick It Up Myself". Select date and time.

  • What are your product sizing

    Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied. Please see our size charts for product dimensions. Our outfits are generally relaxed, fitted, regular or One-Size-Fits-Most. Most of our products run true to size, otherwise it will be indicated. Please follow our size charts and instructions to choose your size. Do your best to select your size. Don't worry, if it doesn't fit, return it for the right size, exchange or refund.

  • What are your shipping details?

We do not accept returns and exchanges for our store gift cards and digital products. Shipping rate is calculated at checkout. You may also choose to pick up your order from our store location at the Briarwood Mall, Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are by the JCPenny wing, across from the Tricho Salon and Spa.

  • How soon can I get my order?

    Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Mon-Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed and shipped Mon. Normal delivery within the United States takes 5 business days. If you want it faster please select a faster shipping option.

  • Do you offer promotions

  • Do you offer alteration and custom clothing services?

    Yes, we offer custom clothing and alteration services. We also offer other services such as Sample production for private Lables, Pattern Drafting, Fashion Illustrationa/Tech Packs, Fashionn Collection, Graphic Design, and Sewing Lessons.  Please contact us for more information.
